We shall implement the above-mentioned policy by achieving the following objectives:

Provide regular training through workshops and group discussions so that 99% of our personnel do the following:

• Obtain a thorough understanding of our quality ethos, work methods & procedures.
• Adopt a practice of voluntary reporting.
• Feel motivated and empowered to adopt a proactive approach towards quality improvement.
• Adhere to 100% regulatory policies, codes, standards and specifications.
• Develop a reliable vendor/supplier base and encourage them to adopt the best quality standards and continually improve with best industry practices.
• Control escalation of Quality related issues within 5%.
• Control delay in Delivery Timelines within 10%.
• Control Cost and Budget Overruns within 5%.
• Adopt a policy of promoting effective communication with our Customers and gather regular feedback from them.
